Find a company to make mugs and shot glasses. Have a minor panic attack when you find out what the set up charges and minimum orders are...	Call P5 Productions . Next	Ask group members for design suggestions. Form a committee to review the designs. Argue about which one to choose. Finally select one that nobody loves, but nobody hates, only to find out that the screen printer has to charge extra for the setup, the embroiderer has to change it to get it fit on a visor. And then?	Send out a slew of letters and emails to see who wants what item, in what color, and what size, in what quantity. Call procrastinators three times. Compile a list to send to the printer, the embroiderer, the promotional company. Update the list several times when someone calls with a last minute change. We notify your members via email or postal service when the webstore is open. Your members place their orders directly with us, using our secure payment gateway (all major credit cards and Paypal accepted) or they can pay by mail or phone.
Am I almost done?	Pick up several large heavy boxes and transport or pay to ship them to your reunion site. Dig through boxes to get the right size to the right person. Deal with shortages. Spend half the reunion trying to collect from group members who forgot their checkbooks, or can't find an ATM for their bank. Swear that you will NEVER volunteer to do this again.	Arrive at your reunion to find your members orders waiting, individually packaged and labeled for easy distribution. Enjoy the festivities.
